1. Introduction

By accessing or using the Celestial Rust Donation store ("the Store"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Store.

The store is operated for the sole purpose of supporting the Celestial Rust game servers. Payments made through the Store are considered voluntary contributions that will grant in-game perks, memberships or tokens as a thank-you.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchases or donations.

2. Definitions

Company/We/Us - Celestial Rust Donation Store

Service - The Store and any related systems, including delivery of memberships, perks or tokens.

You - Any individual or entity using the Store.

3. Nature of Donations and/or Perks

  • Payments made through the Store are voluntary contributions towards supporting the Celestial Rust game servers.
  • Any perks, memberships, tokens, or other in-game rewards granted in return are digital, non-ownership, non-transferable acknowledgements, not physical products or long-term entitlements.
  • Perks, memberships, tokens or other in-game rewards may be modified, removed, or adjusted at any time for balance, technical, or administrative reasons.
  • Server wipes, crashes, rollbacks, maintenance, or closures do not entitle You to replacement items or compensation

4. Delivery of Donation Perks

  • Memberships, perks, tokens, or other in-game rewards are typically delivered automatically to your in-game account You used when placing your order.
  • If delivery fails, You are responsible for contacting Us with proof of purchase so the issue can be resolved.
  • We do not guarantee availability of the game servers or any specific feature at all times.

5. Refund Policy

All payments are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

As memberships, perks, tokens, or other in-game rewards are digital and granted instantly, We cannot revoke or return them upon request.

Any attempt to:

  • Charge back a payment,
  • Dispute a transaction,
  • Reverse funds without Our consent,

May result in:

  • Removal of all associated memberships, perks, tokens, or other in-game rewards,
  • Banning from the Store,
  • Banning from all game servers,
  • Forwarding evidence to the payment processor.

6. Chargebacks & Fraud

By making a purchase, You agree that:

  • You are the authorised owner of the payment method.
  • You will not initiate chargebacks or disputes.
  • Fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and payment processors.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • Your Steam or game account ID is correct,
  • You have access to the server at the time of purchase,
  • Only You have access to the payment method used.

We are not responsible for perks delivered to an incorrect account due to user error.

8. Changes to the Service

We may update or modify:

  • Memberships,
  • Perks,
  • Tokens,
  • Pricing,
  • Features,
  • These Terms,

at any time. Continued use of the Store constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. External Links

The Store may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

You should review their terms independently.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extend allowed by law:

  • The Store is provided "as-is" and "as-available."
  • We make no guarantees about uptime, available, or performance.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount You paid to the Store in the last 12 months.

We are not liable for:

  • lost profits,
  • lost data,
  • game downtime,
  • rollback losses,
  • in-game deaths or item losses,
  • indirect or consequential damages.

11. Severability

If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining sections remain fully enforceable.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes should first be addressed directly with Us before escalating.

13. Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how We handle your personal data and payment information.

By using the Store, You agree to that policy and to the processing of your data as required to complete transactions.
